We all know the feelings of loss.

But most of us struggle with identifying it.

Maybe we’ve lost a job, we’ve gotten a divorce, we parted ways with a family member or lived through 2020. Loss and feelings of grief are inevitable if you’re a human living in this world.

However, in a society that often frowns upon emotions and praises hustling, we’re often conditioned to believe that space and grace for these experiences is unnecessary. So we instead minimize or gaslight by telling ourselves:

“I'm fine.”

“What I’m feeling isn’t normal.”

“I don’t have time for this.”

This pressure and judgement we curate end up resulting in shame, isolation, rage, and guilt to name a few.

Here’s how we obtain that…

Self-Compassion and grace are waiting for you!

I'll be your guide through 5 group sessions of loss and grief guidance.

We’ll meet via Zoom as we collectively navigate topics like: identifying loss, self-grace, what’s normal (or human, as I like to say), shame, and ritual.

Our time together will help you to reclaim power over your heartbreak, soften the pressure resting on your shoulders, all while creating mindfulness of your thoughts and actions towards yourself and the world around you.

This will be done through meditation, conversation, and thought-provoking exercises structured around self-empathy and self-kindness for a restorative approach to the burden you’ve been carrying in your heart.

This class is for you if:

  • You have ever experienced a breakup, loosing a loved one, divorce, loss of health, failed expectations or loss of any kind

  • You desire to be kinder to yourself

  • You want the ability to process what you feel, but are scared to face it alone or don’t know where to begin

  • Your crave developing gratitude and appreciation for life


Who this program is not for:

  • Someone who is looking for an easy fix

  • Someone who isn’t willing to dig deep and do the soul work

  • Someone who doesn’t desire to work with others

  • Someone who is looking for a therapy replacement

 What you will receive:

  • 7.5 hours of group training

  • Easy to apply accountability assignments, including:

    • meditations

    • videos

    • activities

    • journaling

  • A recording of each group class
