Compassion Worker and Energy Mover

Hi, I’m Tara!

The Tender Hearted Healer

Since childhood, my mom always called me her “tender hearted girl.”

I have always been a sensitive soul, able to easily read energies with a strong sense of intuition. As I grew up, that knowing became quiet as the fear of vulnerability grew loud. Instead of being perceived as sensitive, I fought it off to show the world just how tough I was.

In 2013, I was in a relationship built on distrust, lies, lack of vulnerability and shame. I came to the harsh realization that the emotionally abusive relationships I exposed myself to stemmed from a lack of self-love and understanding of my own self. I had been suppressing my voice and my body from experiencing and expressing my truths.

I made the conscious effort to be single for two years while learning what vulnerability is (thanks, Brene Brown). I found time to independently discover myself through shadow work, meditation, journaling, reading, and studying with a therapist and life coach.
I became still as I observed and absorbed the words of my mentors.

Stillness is where my magic is. When I allowed myself to grow quiet, I was able to discover the real me through shifting of the shadows internally to welcome more light in. It is in the stillness that I slowed down enough to find my direction, my purpose, and my grounding. In the stillness I discovered that my tender heart is a gift and not a thing to be feared. It is the very thing that allows me to connect with others.

In that stillness I found my calling: helping others discover their stillness, too.

As a Magdalen University healing practitioner graduate, and through extensive one-on-one coaching with other healers, I am here to bring the love and light to you.

I am a self love warrior looking to uncover the self love warrior within you.
