Hi, I’m Tara!

The Tender Hearted Healer

Since childhood, my mom always called me her “tender hearted girl.”

I have always been a sensitive soul, deeply intuitive and able to sense what often goes unspoken. But like so many women, I learned early on that being sensitive could be mistaken for being weak. So I learned to toughen up. I quieted my intuition, questioned my own knowing, and became very good at looking like I had everything under control.

Over the years, life gave me plenty of reasons to look more closely at that pattern. I found myself asking some uncomfortable questions: What happens when we stop abandoning ourselves to be accepted? What happens when we trust our own voices? And what does it look like to build a life that actually belongs to us?

My own healing became a process of coming home to myself. Through therapy, journaling, meditation, shadow work, and a whole lot of honest self-reflection, I began to understand that my sensitivity wasn't something I needed to overcome. My intuition wasn't something I needed to explain away. My tenderness wasn't a liability.

It was information.

And eventually, I found tarot.

Tarot gave me a language for the things I had spent years learning to hear within myself. It became a way to slow down, get curious, ask better questions, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that can get buried beneath expectations, fear, relationships, responsibilities, and the endless messages telling us who we're supposed to be.

That work is at the heart of what I do today.

Through tarot and group experiences, I help women reconnect with their intuition, question the stories they've been handed, and remember that they are allowed to make choices for themselves. I believe self-trust is powerful. I believe knowing yourself is powerful. And I believe there is something deeply transformative about a person realizing they don’t need permission from oppressive systems to listen within.

I'm interested in what happens when we start letting shit go. The things others have told us about ourselves.

My work isn't about telling you what the cards say you should do. It's about helping you use tarot as a tool for reflection, perspective, and self-discovery so you can make your own damn decisions.

Your intuition belongs to you.
Your body belongs to you.
Your voice belongs to you.
Your life belongs to you.
