Have you noticed this?

Is it just me, or does there seem to be a lot of bypassing in the spiritual community, especially when it comes to anger?

If you’ve been following me, you know that I’m not a fan of “you’re too sensitive” or “you’re too much” or “you’re too sassy.” 🙄

You also know I’m not a fan of “good vibes only.”

To clarify: this language happens all over the place, not just the spiritual community.

I, along with my clients, have been subjected to this "too much" BULLSH*T the majority of our lives. Especially anyone who’s been socialized as a woman. 💯

When I first started on my tarot/intuitive guide/coach path, I started feeling the pressure to be “love, light and namaste.”

Which I am… to a degree. 🙃

I’ve definitely learned the power of being introspective. I now understand my triggers intimately, showing myself and others more grace and pause than I ever knew how.

We people-pleasers have been told that any anger is bad, unwelcome, or a “sign of the devil.”

I’m here to argue that anger is one of the best tools we have. And it’s our job to listen and hear the message of what it’s saying.

When we fail to acknowledge the deep pain that exists underneath the anger, that's when it becomes troublesome.

What anger really is saying is:

💥You’re exhausted and need to slow down
💥Your boundaries have been crossed
💥You’re unsatisfied in this relationship

...just to name a few.

What I help to teach my clients is to slow down and actually pay attention to what’s happening, rather than gaslighting our own emotions.

I also teach on how to give room to the things we suppress, so the anger doesn't dictate our lives.

So: Anger is powerful 😠 Love is powerful 💖 Peace is powerful ☮️ Telling someone to f*ck off is powerful 🖕 All of it is.
