On this Beltane…
Maybe you can relate to this?
I had/have been feeling really disconnected from my ability to channel and create magic. A lot of my energy has been moving outward into the chaos of the world, in a way that feels like someone else is running the show.
I’ve noticed I’ve become a little too reliant (or co-dependent, if ya nasty) on the outer to set the tone for how I move through my day.
While it’s inevitable to be affected, to feel the heartbreak, because I'm a human who cares (and absolutely hates fascism), it’s also within my power to pull back in. To protect my agency, my well-being, my autonomy. 🌝
So I’m circling back to the magic I set in motion during my Samhain class: reengaging with the sweetness of my life, with a swift reminder of sacredness, reflection, and tapping back into the sorcery I carry within.
And now today, sweet Beltane is here. 💜
Beltane marks the halfway point between the spring equinox and summer solstice, and historically honoring fertility, fire, and the renewal of life and land.
Beltane is sprinkling her magic as a remembrance that we possess a gorgeous creative spark and we can birth new ideas, connections, and creations from the inside out. 🔮
Creation can mean so much: art, life force, vision, imagination, alchemy...the list goes on. Any creation is an expression in some medium, and is something through our perspective that we gift onto the world.
This day and season is the earthy reminder of our aliveness to reclaiming desire, feeling rooted in your body, and choosing what you want to grow.
So what creation do you want to grow? 🪴
We reclaim through creation and creations are power. They are the antidote to the systems that want us silenced and flattened.
Because the truth is, many of us are overdue for a return to that inner spark, the one that reminds you that you’re not here to just get through the day, but to be in it, fully. 💥
So if you’ve been feeling a little off, a little scattered, a little disconnected from yourself, may this be your invitation to come home.
Happy Beltane, sweet friend! 💗
